Built in 1880 & recently updated, our home is a warm & welcoming house with a huge well-appointed kitchen. In fact, it was listed on the National & State Register of Historic Places by the Secretary of the Interior in 2022. Located in the beautiful East Hill Residential Historic District, our home is close to Granite Peak ski area, downtown Wausau & less than a half mile from the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum. We are also close to Sylvan Hill, loads of dining options & so much more

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.

This cozy studio sits on the edge of the quiet Forest Park neighborhood just 2 minutes from Tribute Golf course and Gilbert Park & Boat Launch. It's 7 minutes from Downtown Wausau’s 400 Block with its quaint shops, restaurants and The Grand Theater! Plus, concerts in the summer and ice skating in the winter. Explore Granite Peak Ski Area and Rib Mountain State Park, just 15 minutes away! And both Aspirus and Marshfield medical facilities are within a few miles.

Enjoy your vacation in this lovely, open concept cabin tucked away in the northwoods! There is a half mile lane winding through the woods that leads to it. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests in its two bedrooms, and full size mattress in the cozy, low-ceiling loft. This cabin is surrounded by a large yard, with a gazebo and firepit. The gazebo has a grill, with a table and 6 chairs. If you love the quiet woods setting, this will definitely be a favorite!

We pride ourselves in allowing our guests to truly explore and love Wausau as much as we do, but also feel safe and secure. We look forward to being your hosts. *Dog friendly (upon pet agreement approval). 40 lb one dog limit. No puppy.
