The annex benefits from its own private entrance, very fast broadband, parking for up to two vehicles, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, small patio & communal gardens. There is a compact kitchen with hob, fridge & microwave/oven. There is a private bathroom with small shower

The Nook

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. All house trained dogs of all sizes welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

The Harry Potter Studio Tour is 20 min drive away or settle in at the award winning Alford Arms pub in the nearby village.

The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. With excellent bus and tube transport connections close by.

Tucked into the Chilterns, The Old Stable is a bright, vaulted 17th Century barn conversion. Lavished with love & attention to detail - inside you'll find a king sized bed, a huge power shower, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and dishwasher) and Smart TVs with Netflix. Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. We were on BBC's Countryfile! 3rd May on BBC iPlayer for a peek.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

The apartment is in the pretty village of Lt Gaddesden, surrounded by the National Trust Ashridge Estate, 12 minutes from Berkhamsted station to London, set in 10 acres of gardens, stunning walks from your doorstep into 5,000 acres of woods, meadows & Chiltern hills, peaceful/lovely views. We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area.
