Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Its perfectly centered in the Birch Harbor village. One hour drive to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor! A two mile drive to Acadia's sister park, Schoodic Peninsula. The much quieter, less crowded of the two parks. Schoodic Point has been said to be quite possibly the prettiest spot in all of Acadia National Park. Only 10% of Acadia National Park visitors make the visit to the Schoodic Peninsula.

There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with sink, Traeger pellet smoker, pizza oven, flat grill and gas grill. The house was completely renovated 2023-2024. All new bathrooms, new paint and much new hardwood flooring.
