Greystone Cottage is located close to the Little Miami Bike Trail, canoeing, King’s Island, the Ren Fest, Caesar's Creek, walking distance to restaurants and unique shops.

We will strive to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable! This is a two unit home. There is a downstairs unit as well that is completely separate.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

The apartments are very spacious and offer: - Community room with a living room -Television and puzzles - Pool table -Chess table -Gym (for your use in the adjacent building) -Brewery/Restaurant on site -On the Bike Trail -Along side the Little Miami river -13 ft high ceilings We have the best housekeeping team around!

Downtown Loveland is a great place to live and play! The Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail runs through the Historic Downtown, parallel to the Little Miami River.
