Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. It is 15 minutes to downtown, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities; 5 minutes to the Warren Parks, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Belle Meade Plantation; 5 minutes to I-40; great views, restaurants and dining! You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
