Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Die Ferienwohnung GAU.GLÜCK:) am Ortsrand von Gaukönigshofen, direkt am Mühlbachweiher gelegen, befindet sich nahezu im Mittelpunkt der EU, 20 km südlich von Würzburg, mitten im Ochsenfurter Gau. Die mit viel Herzblut 2021 neu renovierte Wohnung liegt im OG und bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Bei Bedarf stellen wir ein Kinderreisebett zur Verfügung, ein Hochstuhl ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Lesestoff für jedes Alter und Gesellschaftsspiele für die ganze Familie sorgen für gute Unterhaltung.

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.
