Die Einkaufsstraße, sowie viele gute Restaurants, Terrassen und Cafés kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Sogar ein Kino ist nur 200m entfernt. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.
