Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

Branded 5 Bunkhouse Farm & Kennel, no cleaning fee

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Branded 5 Stable. Quiet country roads, horses and more! Spacious, private and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We don't allow pets in apartment but do provide 3 roomy dog kennels or space in our garage for traveling kennels. Hunters welcome! Come and enjoy our many animal friends, pick up a brush or help us feed! You may also be treated to our boarders exercising horses while here. We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding lessons at this time.

Buffalo Haus: Entire House - Downtown - No Fees!

Traveling with a large group or want the entire place for yourselves? Rent the entire house! This historic limestone house is located 1/2 block from Main Street. This 4 bdrm, 2 bath was split into two apartments but is connected by a back inside staircase. Walk to shopping, dining, FHSU, pool & park. Relax with antiques, books, Turkish cotton towels, cotton sheets, fresh local coffee, farm fresh eggs, fast wifi, Roku tv, wrap around porch, driveway parking, grill and fire pit!

Spend the evening enjoying the cicadas & lightning bugs during the summer, the crickets during the fall.

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

Right off highway 24. Vintage reminders throughout this cozy farmhouse of a simpler time. A kitchen to please any cook! Enjoy a quiet moment on the old front porch. Lots of parking! Can accommodate large trailers. A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City and situated on the Solomon river valley. This house is stocked with amenities Grocery 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s, WIFI and Roku. Ceiling fans and floor fans for your comfort. USB plugs avail.

The Trinity House

Beautiful home (3 bedroom, 3 bath) on a nice cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood. Just 1 mile off of I70 and walking distance of Aubel Bickel park. Fenced in backyard with play-set. Garage and driveway parking available. Free wifi and Roku TVs. Super comfortable beds! King in master bedroom, Guest bedroom has twin with trundle. Queen bed in downstairs bedroom. Two large sectional couches. Early check in or late check out for $20/hr (if we can accommodate). Sorry no pets.

A Single House-1B1B

AQ house is a old small independent house and renovated in 2023. It located in Hays center, walking distance to FHSU, water park, strip mall, restaurants... And it is simple ，only one master bedroom in total, one living room and one kitchen. And the basement is storage room (the door to the basement is locked). So no need to share except with the person you are traveling with. Parking : one free driveway parking in the front yard (18' Lx9'W ).
