Located 15 minutes from RDU airport and less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Durham and Duke University. Nestled in between the Mordecai and Historic Oakwood neighborhoods, this property is in a peaceful neighborhood close to everything in Raleigh. From the property you can walk to the Oakwood dog park or Raleigh's best coffee shop (the Optimist) OR take a quick Uber to Person St, S Glenwood or your favorite downtown location.

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
