Dive in for a swim, bring your fishing rod, stroll to the golf club, or get your tennis shoes on. Enjoy everything us locals love about Waikanae Beach.

Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Beachside bedroom, good king bed with crisp cotton sheets, contemporary kitchenette with facilities to self cater if required, separate bathroom. Tree-lined private deck. No lounge. Waikanae beach is ideal for swimming, walking and general activity including the nearby Boat Club. Local cafes/two bars, bakery a ten minute walk. Beautiful river walks nearby. Own carport. 50 mins by car to Wellington.

Swallows Nook @dirtfarm

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the views from this calm, stylish space. Have morning coffee or a relaxing spa on the front deck, then gin and tonics watching beautiful Kapiti sunset on the balcony. Everything is new, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The lawn is large, with mature trees for privacy and bird life. Beach access is about 100 metres away. The area is quiet, with a beach holiday feel. Unfortunately this property is not suitable for children under 12.
