Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

The Waihopai suite is a lovely rural escape at the edge of Invercargill. Your unit is attached to our home but very private. Situated at Millton Park Estate, boasting vast established gardens and a large pond. Wake up to a garden view with wondering ducks, bunnies and the sound of native birdsong. Private self contained studio, close to park/city

Relax in this private, rustic guest suite which includes a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer dryer combo. It has a combined bedroom /sitting room with electric blankets on a comfy queen size bed and a 50 inch smart TV. French doors lead outside to your own secluded garden area. The studio is connected but not accessible to the main house and has its own private entrance and garden area so you wont see me during your stay unless you message for any assistance..

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

Welcome to Anne Street a small but perfectly formed standalone house. Newly renovated and super stylish - Scandi with a nod to the 70's. Fully fenced and private in a great location.
