Quiet space in the country

Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. We are off the beaten track in the woods. 12 Min to Callaway, right off 185 exit 30, 32

Lake Escape

Enjoy your private lakefront cabin! Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

Mountain Cheaha State Park 25 minutes and what a beautiful view in the fall!! Great motorcycle ride up the mountain as well. Talladega National Forest 15 minutes. some of the best bicycle trails. This tiny cabin nestled in the woods is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature near the lake! Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch & fire pit or fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock. (Shared with other tiny cabin)

Little Creek Cottage on Lake Martin

This 1 BR 900sq ft of charm with porches on 3 sides includes hot tub, TV, propane/charcoal grill, rocking chairs, & open sundeck area. The front porch is large and high enough to play a fun game of cornhole with friends or family. Plenty of parking, even if you are trailering a boat, with boat ramp access only two houses away. Enjoy the stress free atmosphere while you sit on the porch and listen to the creek, sounds of nature and watch for Bald Eagles or Osprey fishing in the slough.

It is in a quite friendly community, and is within a 30 minute drive of the beautiful Cheaha mountains (State Park). Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.
