If you fancy venturing out there are two great pubs serving excellent food within walking distance and this is a great spot from which to explore all that East Sussex and Kent have to offer.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. The Little Barn has designated parking for one car, modern country style interior, private patio and is surrounded by ancient woodland.
