The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Saarschleife mit dem Baumwipfelpfad. Von hier sind zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten und auch Fahrradausflüge an der Saar oder auch der Mosel entlang zu empfehlen. Die Hausbesitzer bewohnen das Erdgeschoss des Hauses.

It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The upper floor belongs completely to you. There is enough parking space behind the house and parking for motorbikes and bicycles also. The garden in front of and behind the house may be used with pleasure. Our house is in a quiet side street. Nearby is a Rewe - open until 9pm. Directly in front of the house runs the Hochwald bike path and lots of hiking trails. Brochures about the variety of leisure activities are out. The apartment is flooded with light and is located on the 1st floor.
