We are also a short walk to lively Flagler Ave where there is no shortage of great restaurants, bars, and shopping. Onsite amenities include a heated pool, outdoor shower, lounge seating, charcoal grills, and a carwash station. Voted one of Florida’s best beach towns, New Smyrna Beach (NSB) is a paradise for seafood, outdoor activities, and wildlife. We look forward to hosting you!

Our apartment is beach front. With just a quick walk downstairs, you are on the sand or relaxing by the pool. The condo is across the street from a dollar general grocery store and a great breakfast spot, and a quick car ride or bus ride from New Smyrna's very cute downtown. You’ll love the condo's ambiance, the views, and the location. It's is good for small groups of friends, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Direct beach access from pool area is open:)

Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard).
