Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI

Apartman Matija is a brand new apartment located on Veruda Porat. It is enough away from the noise, and close enough to the beaches and the sea. From the old town Pula is about 2 km away. Market, bakery, restaurants and kiosk is 100-500m away. Bikes that we have for free use, you use at your own risk.

The apartment is distant only 100 m from the sea, and 500 m to the nearest beach. The center of Pula can be easily reached on food or by bus. The apartment has: TVsat, Free Wifi internet, grill area, free parking in front of the house.

Beach apartment is located in a quiet enviroment only 50 m from the beach. You have many beaches to choose from, the closest beach is in one of the most beautiful parts of Pula because of its stunning view and very quiet.
