Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

Unique stay at a horse sanctuary

Immerse yourself in the quintessential Vermont experience at Storeybrook Farm. This rescue horse sanctuary is located amidst rolling hills, mountain vistas and a tranquil pond. "The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Trailside Home in East Burke

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

Bretton Woods & Cannon are a short drive. Hiking trails, lakes, ski, & snowmobile trails all close by! Close to Littleton, Bethlehem, & Lancaster! Enjoy the landscaped back yard w/ fire pit & screened in patio. Hang inside & enjoy the view from the sunroom, or snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room with wood stove.

KT has built the new "Sugar Shack" trail on our property to access Last Call which links to Bottoms Up and empties you right at Mike's Tiki Bar. Proudly one of the almost 70 Kingdom Trails landowners! 3 bedrooms with 4 beds & sleeps 6. (NOTE: NO MORE THAN SIX GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY!) Secure SugarShack out back for all of your gear. Private deck and firepit area too!

Luxurious Cottage on private pond with Hot Tub, outdoor fireplace, gas fire table & complimentary wine, a full kitchen, fine china, new shower, Jacuzzi bathtub, electric fireplaces, and two workspaces. 68 acres + miles of trails to a nearby state forest, this is the perfect base for peak-season skiing and serene winter adventure. Dogs welcomed!

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. There is some summer siding work going on, the crew is very good but be aware work commencing. Enjoy your stay!!

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
