This charming old villa is situated at a beautiful small farm with a farmhouse, a ceramic studio with a woodkiln, and a family home . The farm is overlooking the fjord and glacier and the view is absolutely stunning. Ideal for families! Away from traffic we have a lovely atmosphere with animals, fruit trees, swings, and a lot of space. You find great hiking right off the doorstep. It has got a fjord view, a gorgeous garden and is situated on lovely Nordnes, only 10 minutes walk from Bergen centrum. This unique place is very carefully decorated and designed with a lot of features that will make your eye and heart happy. The garden is stunning! Three big bedroom, two with a double bed and one with a childrens bed (up to 6 years). A big hall can hold a double floating matress if needed.

Flotte turmuligheter i området, fiskemuligheter like ved huset og mulighet for båtleie i nærheten. Ankommer dere i båt eller leier en kan denne fortøyes på kaien nedenfor huset. Her kan man slappe av og nyte rolige kvelder på terrassen mens solen går ned🌞En uteplass med bålpanne og sittegruppe, og terrasse med sittegruppe og jacuzzi.

Her har man meget kort vei til alt Jølster har å tilby av fiske, fjell og turer.

Huset har en romslig hage med trampoline, fire soverom og en stor kjellerstue som ved behov kan benyttes som ekstra soverom. Boligen er familiens hjem og leies kun ut i ferier. Det betyr at du vil finne personlige eiendeler i huset, men alt er tilrettelagt for et komfortabelt opphold.
