It is a short walk down to the sea (2-300 metres).The property is located on a peninsula with wild nature, but the location is central: 12 minutes to Strømstad 15 minutes to Grebbestad 5-10 minutes to Rossö, Resö, Saltõ and the other islands. 10 minutes to Daftøland 10 minutes to go to trainstop to Strømstad and Gothenburg.

You have everything within reach; Bølgen cultural centre, Indre Havn, beach, Spa, town, restaurants, hiking, coastal path, training, transport. Everything within a 5-10 minute walk.

View Villa -suitable for several families together

The rental is located down in the valley with a view to the mountains. The house is a part of the Leir farm. It is eight minutes to drive to start of the alpine lift, and twenty minutes if you want to drive up the mountain. And if you want to ski up, the trails go over the fields all the way to the ski lift, provided there is enough snow. Or you can make your way along the old farm road through the forest. It starts behind the stable There are beds for 12 guests. Bed linnen are included.

Villaen ligger på idylliske Husøy på utsiden av Tønsberg. Husøy er en øy med ca. 1000 innbyggere. På øya vår har vi golfbane, flere badestrender, fotballbane og en vakker kyststi. Nærmeste strand ca 350 meter fra huset har brygge, strand, lekeplass og volleyballbane. Her går også Ole3 som er en ferje som går over til Husvik. Denne er gratis og man kan ha med sykler på båten. Nærmeste matbutikk ligger ca. 1 km fra huset. Det er 10 min fra Tønsberg og Tønsberg brygge med bil.

Ta med deg familien eller kjæresten, eller dine ansatte og nyt et fredelig, moderne, nytt, sjarmerende hus på landet. Huset er komfortabelt med blant annet 2 luksuriøse bad. Det er egen inngjerdet, skjermet hage hvor du kan nyte boblebadet med fuglesang og noe godt i glasset. Rett ved skog, turstier, speiderhytta med bålplass kun 400 m unna. Boblebadet er vinterstengt mellom 1. Oktober - 1.April. 🫧🛀 ( hør med verten om det kan varmes opp mot ekstra gebyr om vinteren)

Huset ligger bare 15 min gange fra USN og FTO. 5 minutter med bil opp til Kongsberg Skisenter. Veldig fin utsikt mot skisenteret. Overlater: Malt panel på vegger og tak Gulv: Telemark design laminat, fliser på badene, vaskerom og entre. Trinnlyd plater i alle gulv, også kjeller. Kjøkken: Norema kjøkken med Miele hvitevarer. (kjøl og frys er AEG) oppvarming: Energi brønn med gulv varme i 100% av boligen, veldig lunt og varmt hus. Konstant varme på 24-25 grader.

Boligen ligger på koselige Nes/Tangen med umiddelbar nærhet til flotte turstier, sjøen og populære strender. Norges minste fergestrekning, Ole3, går rett ved og tar deg sommerstid gratis over til Husøy og videre til Nøtterøy. 2 soverom i 1. etg. hvorav ett med dobbeltseng og ett med køyeseng. 1 soverom i 2. etg. med to enkeltsenger. Bussholdeplass ca. 100 m unna til Tønsberg sentrum (6 km) og flere daglivarebutkker i nærheten.
