It is an easy commute to Vernon, Texas about 35 minutes, 45 minutes to Altus Oklahoma and approximately 1 hour drive to Lawton, OK and Wichita Falls, TX.

There is zero hustle and bustle here, just the silence of 5 acres of wide open spaces, windmills turning, and some baa'ing of the neighbors sheep.
