All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

The main rooms have a terrace that is hidden from curious views and offers views of one of the most beautiful places in the world. The spacious living and dining areas are on the first floor and the extension is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a toilet. The house is restored in a traditional style and retains the amosphere of the place.k

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
