There is a bedroom with that has a sun room-office with a couch and there is also a second office with a piano. Enjoy views of Mt. Wilson and the Echo Park arroyo from the sun room, deck and living room. It's sunny with many windows and two skylights. Quiet yet in the middle of the city. Walking distance to restaurants.

A combination of vintage and new interiors giving inspiration for each day. Spacious and comfortable was vital. This 1950s Silverlake Hills home has been lovingly renovated into a cool escape. The main house is a three-bed, two-bath home that features a mix of vintage 50’s appliances and updated, hand-built modern touches. There is an entirely separate lower studio apartment that features a living room with 12-foot-high sliding translucent doors and was featured in Barbara Bestor’s Bohemian Modern coffee table book. The house is close to the best of everything Silver Lake offers.
