In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Volos Central Studio

Πρόκειται για ένα φωτεινό studio, το οποίο βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση και κουζινάκι με όλα τα σκεύη κουζίνας. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος τόσο για μεμονωμένους επισκέπτες όσο και για ζευγάρια. Απέχει μόλις 3’ λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλιακή οδό του Βόλου, 2’ λεπτά από την κεντρική αγορά (ΕΡΜΟΥ) και έχει εύκολο parking. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για εξορμήσεις στα γραφικά χωριά του Πηλίου όπως Μακρινίτσα, Πορταριά.

Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Villa Elysium #1 is a newly house. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and overlooking the Aegean Sea. It has a private balcony and a private parking. The distance from house to Kamari beach is 500m, to the small port 300m and to the Ai-Giannis beach 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is only 5km away(10min with car). At Kamari beach you can find shops with food and coffee. At Ai-Giannis beach you can find a cafe-restaurant.

Ο ξενώνας ΚΥΜΑ , ένα από "Τα Ονειρόσπιτα της Παρίσαινας" είναι ένα όμορφο, μικρό, πέτρινο σπίτι, χτισμένο το 1905, μπροστά στην παραλία, ιδανικό για όσους επιθυμούν έναν εναλλακτικό τρόπο διακοπών μακρυά από την πολύβουη καθημερινότητα ! Έχει απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα και απέχει ένα λεπτό από την παραλία! Συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα και βρίσκεται υπερυψωμένο στο βόρειο άκρο της παραλίας "Παρίσαινα", σε μικρή απόσταση από το χωριό Χορευτό, του Δήμου Ζαγοράς-Μουρεσίου στο ΒΑ Πήλιο!

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
