Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Eget ställe, lugnt och skönt med närhet till allt!

Mysigt boende i kulturhistorisk byggnad. Husen på denna gata härstammar från Malmös förindustriella tid. Boendet är i den gamla stallbyggnaden. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Det är 5 minuter gångavstånd till tågstationen Östervärn och endast 40 meter ifrån busshållplats till Malmö central. Boendet har egen ingång vilket ger er möjlighet att komma och gå som ni önskar. Fullutrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Resesäng för spädbarn finns.

Perfekt boende för 2 vuxna! Centralt på Dalaplan. Gångavstånd till Möllan & även buss/tågförbindelser är bara ett par minuter bort. ej komplett kök! Ugn saknas. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Här finns tillgång till WiFi, tvättstuga och närhet till det mesta man kan behöva. Perfect location by the palace

Spacious and bright two bedroom apartment right next door to the Amalienborg castle in Copenhagen. Close to everything the city has to offer, but tucked away in a quiet area without streetnoise. Newly renovated with all amenities for short and longer stays. Two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a sleeper sofa that doubles as an extra living room or workspace during the day. A spacious bathroom. Large kitchen and dining area with everything necessary to cook at home.

Unwind in the tranquility of my home. Surrounded by the ocean and beautiful parks, running trails and playgrounds Västra Hamnen is the pearl of Malmö - especially during summertime. You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
