Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

The Bonsai Bunkhouse, located in beautiful Jordan River, B.C, is an off-grid, 150 sq ft eco-friendly, tiny home. Located in a quiet corner of our property, situated in a Japanese garden inspired setting, which we built using mainly reclaimed and recycled materials. The cabin has a king bed in the upper loft and the banquette below turns into a queen bed. Our property is located within a minute drive from the Juan De Fuca Trailhead (China Beach) as well as the beaches of Jordan River.
