With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our recently remodeled main house is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your time here. The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Casa Mar Azul is a two bedroom, single bath waterfront apartment that can comfortably sleep up to 4 Adults! One of the bedrooms contains a Queen Sized Bed, while the other contains 2 Doubles. This is a perfect configuration when it turns out that you unexpectedly have additional friends joining you for your vacation on Utila, which in our experience, happens pretty frequently. The Power Allowance at Casa Mar Azul is a generous 45 kilowatts per day

Es una casa pequeña de madera, tiene un baño, dos cuartos con cama doble, abanico y ropero, una sala de estar con una mesa, sillas, y una cocineta con utensilios básicos, Wifi y AC. Ubicada a un minuto a pié de la calle principal, entrando por un camino de 4 pies de ancho. En un área sin tráfico vehicular, y con vecinos locales. Las distancias a pié hacia la estación del ferry es de 20 minutos y hacia la playa a 5 minutos.
