Die Wohnung (35 m²-Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad-jedes Zimmer separat) befindet sich im ruhigen Stadtteil Dresden Dölzschen, in einem 2 Familienhaus zzgl. der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist bestens geeignet, um sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt, in ruhiger Umgebung zu entspannen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Haustür. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht erlaubt. Zusätzliche Gäste und der Empfang von Besuch sind nicht erlaubt. Die hintere Gartenanlage ist nicht zu benutzen.

Herzlich willkommen in Possendorf. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer Nebenstraße, welche von der Bundesstraße B170 abzweigt. Die Räume befinden sich im ausgebauten Untergeschoss des Einfamilienhauses. Davor steht noch ein überdachter Außensitzplatz zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und zweckmäßig. Ihr könnt über einen separaten Eingang den Wohnraum mit Ecksofa und TV und kleiner Küche, den Schlafraum (Bett 1,80m x 2,00m) und das Bad mit Dusche, Waschtisch und WC erreichen.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Typical German COSY STUDIO for two persons

It´s a cosy little room about 16 sqaure meters. It has a separate entrance and it´s perfect for 2 people. The house with the apartment is located in a quite neighbourhood. In the apartment there is a TV, a radio, a bathroom with WC as well as a shower and a mini kitchen. WIFI is available. There you can find a refridgerator, a sink, a coffee machine and a cooker. Everything to make a nice meal after a long day of hiking in Saxony Switzerland!

Flat in the center of the town under Via ferrata

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

Ubytovací část je situovaná v 1. patře restaurace. K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.

Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Haus (Bauhausstil) in zweiter Reihe in einem von ehrwürdigen Bäumen umstandenen Grundstück. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Park (Beutlerpark) mit alten Baumbestand. Dies in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahnen (Linie 3, 8, 10 und 11 usw.), Haltestellen ca. 8-10 Minuten entfernt, zum erreichen.
