After studying Economics and working in Milan, I realized that path wasn’t for me. Yoga, once just a personal practice, became my true journey.
Since 2019, I’ve been teaching yoga with certifications recognized by Yoga Alliance.
To me, yoga is a balance of discipline, awareness, and self-compassion—a constant exploration of limits and potential.
Each practice is a chance to discover new spaces within body and mind.
