I was born in South Africa but moved to the UK as a young child with my parents and sister. Since then I have spent about half my life in Cape Town and recently made some huge changes to the way I was living. For the past few years I have been traveling around the world teaching yoga and sharing my first book Butterfly Man.
I have somehow found myself in Barcelona and want to make it home.
There is so much magic here especially at this spot by the sea at sunrise!
