Definitely staying here again when I come back! Steven was so pleasant to interact with and had the best customer service. The place was immaculate and I felt incredibly safe. For all of my future trips back to the desert, I will be staying here if available!!

Great place to stay in Palm Springs, our host was very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend this location in the quiet and safe gated neighborhood.

Steven's place was perfect for us! We were attending a conference at the conference center, which is right across the street. Downtown is easily walkable, as is the Cactus to Clouds trailhead. When we first arrived, the AC wasn't working (in July) and Steven got a repair man there within an hour, and it was all solved quickly and easily. The kitchen is well stocked and was great for cooking extra meals. The apartment complex pool was great, and the whole place was super quiet (maybe different not in the summer...). Would definitely stay there again!

My family of 4 stayed at the home for the holiday weekend and had a wonderful time. The home is nice and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home which is nice considering we have stayed in homes with very little for cooking. Also the fridge ice machine works great, not typical for a rental house to have a working ice maker. The backyard pool & jacuzzi overlook the golf course, which is pleasant scenery while being quiet and peaceful. Due to city and HOA regulations there is paperwork to fill out for checking in, but the hosts, Steven, provides very detailed instructions and if you read and follow them it’s easy. Steven provided lots of details about the property, home and community that we found useful and appreciated. He was very responsive and friendly. We definitely recommend staying at any one of his properties, he is a great host.
