We have built our studio in the back yard of our home so that we can specifically host guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry/bathroom, large lounge/dining room with largeTV and Blue Ray DVD. There is a queen size bed and 2 single beds and a portable cot. There is under cover parking in driveway which can take 2 cars. No parking on street as it a narrow road.
