This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Stugan ligger på villatomt med skyddat läge. Parkeringsplats på tomt. Tv-skärm med chromecast. Sängen är 120 cm bred och överslafen är 90 cm. Ca 4 min promenad till busshållplats. Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

I hjärtat av byn Brunnsta hittar du detta fridfulla och lugna boende. Här bor du lantligt men ändå nära till omkringliggande städer som Stockholm och Uppsala och Arlanda flygplats. Det finns kommunikationer med buss 1 km från boendet och fjärrtåg och pendeltåg 8 km från boendet. Boendet är främst för 2 personer men en extrasäng går att ställa in. Mot en kostnad av 200 kr/natt kan även närliggande stuga på tomten nyttjas för sovplats för ytterligare en person.

Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.
