Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Forest Falls Treehouse

Enjoy the serenity of nature on the edge of the Umgeni Valley. Conveniently placed less than 10 minutes away from Hilton Village. This is no normal cottage. Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

Pennygrove Cottage, 4 Sleeper Midlands getaway

The smallest of three units on the property, it is perfect for couples, or a small family looking for a beautiful Midlands break away. Our farm is in the heart of the Midlands a great place to relax and unwind. The river is great for tubing and fishing. There are beautiful walks and bike rides around the area. You can ride from the cottage and explore the surrounding forests which go from Lions river all the way to the Karkloof. We have fantastic restaurants right close by, La Lampara Caversham Mill and Piggley Wiggley is 5 min away. The cottages have comfortable luxury beds with cotton percale linen and large bath sheets.
