Es gibt einen großen Raum mit Esstisch, Einzel / Doppelbett, Fernseher und einer kleinen eingerichteten Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine (Pads), Toaster, Mikrowelle und Induktionskochfeld. Im Flur ist ein großer Schrank. Das Bad ist mit mit einer großen ebenerdigen Wohlfühl- Dusche, Waschbecken und WC voll ausgestattet. Der Zugang zu unserer Gästewohnung befindet sich abseits der Strasse und führt über unseren Innenhof.

Verblijf heeft een eigen entree, hal met toilet, woonkamer / keuken en op de bovenverdieping een slaapkamer met een luxe bed en badkamer met douche en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Heerlijke koffie via een Nespresso koffiezetter. Interessante korting bij boeking voor week of maand.

Unweit von Aachen liegt das Holzhaus in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Der Wald, mit dem Naherholungsgebiet Wurmtal, beginnt eine Strasse weiter. Das Gästehaus liegt nur 10 Autominuten von der Soers (CHIO) entfernt. Die Aachener Innenstadt ist auch mit dem Bus komfortabel zu erreichen. In der Weihnachtszeit lockt einer der schönsten Weihnachtsmärkte Deutschlands und im Sommer tolle Openairkonzerte kurz über der Genze in den Niederlanden.

Wir sprechen mehrere Sprachen : Deutsch, Niederländisch und Englisch. Unser Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Bei uns können sie die Seele baumeln lassen. Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)

Comfortabele woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer. Openslaande deuren naar ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht op park en kasteel. Gratis parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Door de centrale ligging loopt u binnen enkele minuten naar de historische monumenten, kuuroord, de gezellige terrasjes en restaurants. Er zijn vele wandel- en fietsroutes. Station op loopafstand. The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
