Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

Old walled lodge is situated in a beautiful hamlet of Prideaux. This quite secluded lodge for two has amazing far reaching views with plenty of wildlife,whether you want to kick back and relax on the veranda, a keen cyclist and want to explore the beautiful Luxulyan valley or maybe walk the saints way which is all on our doorstep. we are a 15 minute walk to the famous Eden project. 10 minute drive to Historic Charlestown with lovely restaurants & Carlyon bay with its golf course. Fowey 7 miles.

The Conifers Bedsit S Catering Flat in Nat Reserve

Free return taxi to Eden b4 9pm, see notes. The Conifers is a very small, stylish bedsit flat in Par Nature Reseve with a lovely Victorian garden, surrounded by ancient woods. It has a small galley kitchen (5x8ft) a small double bedroom and a shower room, but no lounge. It has its own entrance, a large drive and secure, dry storage with hose for bikes etc. 2.3 miles from Eden, a 5 min walk from Par train station (0.3 mile), 100m from the bus stop to Fowey/Truro and 1.1 miles from Par beach.

Little Woodside, Carlyon Bay

Welcome to Little Woodside, a cosy self-contained detached annexe on our property, with private garden and parking in beautiful Carlyon Bay, just minutes from the beach and South West Coast Path. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, Little Woodside is close to the historic harbours of Mevagissey and Charlestown, plus attractions including Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Wi-Fi and Sky TV with Sky Sports 10-minute walk to the beach and 25-minute walk to Charlestown harbour.

The Old Chapel Of Rest

The Old Chapel is a unique property. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and WC. The upper floor boasts a spacious bedroom with a Super King bed, built in wardrobe and bathroom. Our Chapel is in a fantastic central location, just a few minutes drive away from the Port of Charlestown where Poldark is filmed and Tall Ships are usually docked. A short drive will take you to multiple beaches, restaurants and the famous Eden Project. Welcome to Cornwall!

The Burrow

The Burrow is a quirky and snuggly little bolthole. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome. (No large breeds. Maximum cocker spaniel size, PLEASE respect this). Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local dog friendly pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washing machine/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)

Walkers can enjoy the beautiful coastal paths with many pubs and restaurants along the way. Bus routes and Par Railway Station are within a mile.

Walking distance from Par Station, close to Fowey, Eden Project. Par Beach approx 1/2 mile walk. Large double, self-contained studio room annex, double shower, kitchenette, and a sitting room area with a sofa bed to comfortably sleep a 3rd adult or 2 small children. Completely private entrance, parking close by. No pets Kitchenette has a microwave, kettle & toaster. There is no cooker, oven or hot plates. A welcome pint of milk, tea, sugar and coffee are provided.

It's split-level accommodation features an open-plan living room and kitchen/dining area with a double bedroom and shower room. There is a garden and patio area to enjoy, with onsite parking. An EV charger is also available. Local attractions nearby include the Eden Project, the Harbour towns of Fowey and Charlestown and the Saints Way itself which is popular with walkers.
