Peace and tranquility and stars! near Builth Wells

The house is a large four bedroom farm house set in a secluded location between the Cambrian and Brecon Beacons mountain ranges, a few miles from Builth. The house is within over a hundred acres of farm land, with its own private garden; lawn, wild flower area, barbeque and terrace, and has stunning views across the valley to the South-West over the Epynt. The house is next to a quiet farm yard, with no neighbours for half a mile. If you love sitting under the stars then look no further!

A spacious home from home in beautiful mid Wales

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

Escape to our traditional Welsh longhouse this spring and summer. Your private suite has a super-comfy king bed, bathroom, and a cosy sitting room with a vast inglenook fireplace. Step out into the meadow, enjoy a BBQ, dine outdoors, and watch the evening light fade into dark skies. By prior arrangement, I can also serve home-cooked dinners using local produce. Perfect for walks, wildlife and slowing down in comfort. No kitchen but tea & coffee making facilities & fridge.

Brodawel Bach is a self-contained apartment on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Builth Wells. It has a double bedroom, open plan kitchen/ living room, bathroom, and off street parking. Ty Coeden sleeps up to 6 There is a kitchenette and dinning table with all the tableware and utensils supplied. There is also a T.V. and D.V.D player and electric heating throughout. Ty Coeden has is own private deck and BBQ area and compost toilet. You still get the glamping feel staying in Ty Coeden with water collection and showers to be had from the hub which is just a short walk away along with the communal BBQ area and pizza oven, fire pits and games room.

‘Craig Fach’ rural Coach House near Builth Wells

‘Craig Fach’ is the coach house at the lodge built for Lord Merthyr. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a double sofa bed, desk and smart TV/DVD, a shower room and a well equipped kitchen diner leading to an outside patio area with table. The upstairs rooms are accessed via external staircases, and include a double room with kingsize bed, a twin room, another shower room and an outside seating area on the decking. There is ample parking on the driveway.

Irfon Cottage, Penrheol Farm

Irfon cottage sleeps two guests with its cosy open plan layout. The bedroom has a super king bed which can also be arranged as twin beds by request. The bathroom has a shower. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with the living area comfortably furnished. You are welcome to bring up to one dog please include this on booking, we ask that pets are not allowed in the bedroom and if they do go on the sofa, blankets are provided. There is an EV charger.
