Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

For your pleasure, enjoy epic ocean views from the brand new balcony hot tub! Watch the sunrise and ships go by from your private oasis, or take 47 steps and watch them from the beach! BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

This cozy contemporary 6 BR, 4 1/2 BA home features an open concept kitchen and great spaces to either gather or tuck away for some quiet reading or writing. There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to sand, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

This charming one-bedroom studio is nestled on a tidal creek in the picturesque Tybee Island North End neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach. The cozy and inviting studio includes a spacious bedroom, a full bath, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area and easy access to the dock. One parking spot is provided for your convenience.

This bright and cheerful little beachfront condo is a perfect get-away for a couple or families of four (2 adults MAX and 2 children). This is CASULA SOLIS!! Coming to you from the same owners as the CASITA :) Very unique stay with every amenity imaginable including a small 6' x 6' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub and fire pit! Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up.
