Location, location, location! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Enjoy two separate spacious deck areas with privacy fencing, charcoal grill, and outdoor hot/cold shower. Park and walk ... 0.3mi to beach & pier, shops, dining & sweet treats.

Savvy Black Private King Suite with Den

1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

This is a beautiful bustling area with a variety of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding streets! On top of that, Forsyth Park is less than 10 minutes walk! No children under 12 or pets allowed in our property.
