Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.

Quiet, serene locale with private entrance, large yard and relaxed interior that includes a queen bed with a desk and kitchenette area. Our charming house was built in the early 1940's. It is located within 3 blocks of the popular south beach (close to Pier). Shopping, restaurants and night life are also just steps away (3 blocks). Once you park in the driveway you never have to get back in your car. 1 Bedroom has a full bed and the living area has a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly! Pets require prior approval, and pet fee is $50/pet.
