Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

The annexe provides light, spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation close to the centre of the historic market town of Aylsham, midway between Norwich & Cromer. There are pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by.

The Annexe at Ringsfield

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

First Carriage, Burgh next Aylsham, North Norfolk

‘First’ is unique and quirky, and is a fantastic opportunity to stay in a beautifully restored railway stock carriage- raised double bed with storage underneath and a pull out coffee table. There is a small kitchen area with fridge, kettle and hob, as well as a bathroom providing a shower, sink and WC. Off road parking is provided and the carriage has its own seating area and fire pit. The carriage is located in a small paddock in a rural village location along with one other carriage

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

One bed cottage in Aylsham, Norfolk

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

Diggens Farm Annexe

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay.

Traditional Farmhouse - With a large walled garden

This old farmhouse is very spacious and well equipped, sleeping up to eight guests. Traditional features include a large fireplace in the double aspect, large lounge and oak beams throughout the property. Surrounded by farmland and meadows with a large garden, this property offers both a country retreat but also within 10 miles of Norfolk's blue flag and beautiful beaches. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated on a private estate with a central communal green that leads down to the beautiful beach. There’s a lovely patio areas with gates that open onto the huge green that is great to kick a ball around on or play a game of badminton! There are a couple of benches at the edge of the green that you can relax on and take in the beautiful views of the beach and sea!
