It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). The house consists of a living room with kitchen, three bathrooms with walk in showers, 4 double bedrooms and a fifth, the so-called, FUN ROOM, conceived as a small children's living room, equipped with board games, a large TV and Play Station 4! Each room upstairs is equipped with smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning . There is a laundry room, which consists of a washing machine and dryer. In the house garden there is a swimming pool, lounge, outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining area.

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.
