The property is located in the upper part of the enchanting Laglio, a small village characterised by pretty and quiet alleys. The house consists of a living room (lake view), a living area with kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a garden with wide lake view. Private parking space on the property.

Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. Beach house near Bellagio

Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.

Ci troviamo a 12 chilometri da Como e a 22 chilometri da Bellagio.
