It is conveniently located right Hwy 25 5 miles north of Travelers Rest, 20 mins to Greenville, 35 mins to Ashville. There are several state and city parks within a short drive. With great views of the mountains from the property, its perfect to get away and get out in nature. This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
