Beautifully renovated farmhouse circa 1906 situated on 5 acres on what was originally Maple Spring Farm. Rural country feel with great views of Brush Mountain yet only two miles from the Virginia Tech campus. Within walking distance to Rising Silo Brewery and to Blacksburg’s Heritage Park & Natural Area. Very close proximity to Blacksburg’s McDonald Hollow Trail Network with connections to the Jefferson National Forest, both very popular destinations with hikers and mountain bike enthusiasts.

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. For the best sleep, open the bedroom window!

Hokie guesthouse

Come be our guest! Family friendly basement guesthouse in lovely neighborhood close to Virginia tech. Private entrance. Open floor plan with one full and one queen bedroom areas and a sectional that could sleep two more in a large movie room. Patio with grill and fire pit and incredible view. Great neighborhood with walking trails. Friendly dog and cats on site so people with pet allergies be warned. Pets welcome with negotiation. Also ride available to vt football games with negotiation.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Our cute and cozy apartment is located above our home, at the top of a hill overlooking farmland and mountains, and surrounded by forest, with quite a diversity of mature hardwoods. Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

This charming, historic 1870 home rests in a prime location with amazing views! The rural setting feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but only 2 miles from the Virginia Tech campus and 3 miles to downtown Blacksburg. Nearby walking, hiking and mountain biking trails at Heritage Park, Macdonald Hollow, Poverty Creek trail systems. Local organic farm and craft beer are steps away at neighboring Glade Road Growing Farm and Rising Silo Brewery.

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house. We share a wall and you will hear us. Room comes with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range). Kitchenette amenities available, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and George Foreman. If something you need isn't on the list let us know!

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023).
