Please note that our apartment is situated on a slight incline. Additionally, kindly take caution as you plan your visit to the Arctic region, where roads may be covered with ice and snow. Denne flotte og sentrale leiligheten ligger i 2 etasje og er 43 m2. Leiligheten inneholder gang, soverom, bad og stue med kjøkkenløsning. Det er også en privat balkong. Vervet area is a newly developed district in Tromsø, with restaurants, cafes right by. The city center is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the apartments, same for the Artic Cathedral across the bridge. The apartment building is modern and placed right by the harbor.

Egen inngang. Varmekabler i oppholdsrom. Parkering er mulig. Matbutikk og busstopp 2 min gange unna. 20 min gange til sentrum, og 15 min gange til marka. Fjellheisen er nesten nærmeste nabo. Boligen ligger sentral i Tromsdalen.
