THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Detta gästhus har ett exklusivt läge med egen badstig (200 m) ner till Finnsjön där även roddbåt ingår. SUP-brädor finns att hyra. Här finns fina bad, motionsspår, elljusspår, utegym, cykel- och vandringsstigar, perfekt för friluftsintresserade! Endast 15 min med bil in till centrala Göteborg. Ni bor i ett nyproducerat hus på 36 kvm med plats för 2-3 p samt egen möblerad uteplats. Kaffe, te och müsli/flingor ingår. Under högsäsongen maj-sept accepteras endast bokningar för minimum 2 personer.

Välkommen till vårt hus i Vallda Sandö! Här har du närhet till naturen och havet och kan du koppla av och njuta av sommaren med familj och vänner. Huset har plats för upp till 6 personer och på tomten finns det gott om plats för lek och spel, och det finns även en altan där du kan njuta av solen och utsikten. Sandö är en fantastisk plats att besöka under sommaren med gott om aktiviteter, såsom bad, fiske, vandring och golf. Exempel på golf inom 10min: Vallda GCC, Kungsbacka GK och Forsgården.

Njut av fantastisk havsutsikt och ett rofyllt läge, för familjer och stora sällskap. Från den stora gräsmattan har ni direkt tillgång till SUP-paddling. Promenera fem minuter till småbåtshamnen vid Lahall för bad och strand, eller promenera längs havet och njut av den vackra naturen. Villan och dess omgivningar erbjuder utmärkta möjligheter för gemensamma aktiviteter, och i närområdet finns golf- och tennisbanor. Perfekt utgångspunkt för att upptäcka Halland och Västkusten, oavsett årstid!

Modernt hus med SPA-bad i lantlig miljö

Koppla av i nybyggd villa på landet! Huset ligger på höjd i söderläge och har tre fina sovrum, var och ett med dubbelsäng och AC. Det största sovrummet har även en våningssäng. Huset rymmer upp till 8 personer. Det finns litet SPA-bad, altan, kolgrill, Wi-Fi, AC i alla rum, TV och fri elbils-laddning Huset har ett separat WC, ett kaklat badrum, öppet kök/vardagsrum som härlig sällskapsyta med härlig braskamin samt tvättstuga. Inga fester, kick-off eller arbete/konferenser tillåtna.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Attefallshuset, Lesses Gård

Ett arkitekt-projekt byggt 2021 med återbrukat byggmaterial i vår vildvuxet blommande trädgård. Stugan är fullt utrustad. Bäddsoffa och sovloft med stege (inget räcke!) Tvättmaskin, elbilsladdare och cyklar kan lånas gratis i huset bredvid, där vi bor. Havsutsikt mot Båtafjorden/Bua i söder och i väster strålande vy mot kärnkraftverket Ringhals. 50 m till busshållplats, 100 m till utegym och löpstig, 1 km till bad. Meddela om ni vill ta med egna lakan för 200 SEK rabatt. Städning ingår ej.
