This warm and inviting house sits on a ridge above the New River, which provides great mountain views from the deck and from inside through a soaring wall of windows. The home offers multiple living and entertaining options, 7-person hot tub, and beds for 10 adults. A short 4 minute walk takes you to a river access where you can fish, play, and tube in the New River.

The rustic interior is comprised of huge logs, cement chinking, with wood floors, walls, doors, and ceilings. The gas logs in the fireplace are surrounded by floor to ceiling rocks. The kitchen with stainless appliances is well appointed. One and a half baths and laundry room provide conveniences.

It looks bad, but is still usable. *** The outdoors is your playground with skiing, biking, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing at your fingertips. If relaxing is your style, simply enjoy the view of the river valley from the hot tub, hammock or rocking chairs.
