Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. Feeling Lisbon is located in a quiet street in the heart of Prince Real, Lisbon cultural and geographic centre. This 65m2 spacious apartment with an independent entrance is located in an entirely renewed ancient building. It was designed by a young Portuguese architect who gave priority to a bright and sober design. The apartment is well equipped, practical and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, and dishes) and has a lovely table and chairs. The fold-out sofa bed and the armchairs of the living room are an invitation to rest. The apartment is equipped with a TV, a Hi-Fi, and of course, a free WIFI access (50Mbps). The shower in the bathroom is large. The sober and bright bedroom is furnished with a large bed with quality bedding and directly accesses a private terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or an aperitif. Sheets and towels are provided. An ideal place for family walks and sport activities would be the Monsanto park, also known as the lungs of the city. Yet, for me, the best place ever would definitely be the oceanarium.

Chiado Loft 3 Fantastic New Place

This last floor apartment (3rd floor with no elevator)in a nearly 400 year's old building was just renovated. You will find Yourself in the Chiado area of Lisbon with all its buzz and life. Inside the apartment You will find all the amenities, including air conditioning, heating, cable tv, wifi cable internet, ipod dock for music, american kitchen in two counters with dishwasher, washing/drying machine, fridge, coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, toaster, kettle, oven, electric hob (2), hairdryer. One enters the apartment by the 2nd floor of the building, so Your first impression will be the staircase with the skylight window on the roof(it has an electric shade that reduces light for better sleeping). Once You get to the "actual" living space You will enter by the dinnign area and american style kitchen. The Marble bathroom is on the door just next to the electric hobs and oven, and boasts a large size shower enclosure.The living room area of the apartment is in the center of the apartment between the "bedroom" and the dinning room. The apartment is an open space, but at the same time, living room/dinning room areas as well as the "bedroom" and the kitchen are well defined. From the bedroom area of the apartment You will have a nice feeling of a spacious apartment. One enters the Chiado Loft apartment by Largo do Calhariz, where this apartment is on the 3rd floor, but as the building is on a hill, once at the apartment You will find Yourself in a 4th or 5th floor. The apartment accommodates 4, has a double bed, one single bed in the sofás and a futon style single bed that can be moved around the apartment. Tram nº 28 passes just in front, and the metro is 350m away. The Train to Cascais is 850m from the apartment. If You enjoy night life You will be in walking distance to lots of bares and nightlife streets (Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré). If You wish to visit Lisbon and stay in one of the nicest areas, You just found Your apartment!
