Το λιμάνι και το ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης είναι σε απόσταση μερικών λεπτών με τα πόδια , όπως και τα καταστήματα και τα σημαντικά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι είναι ευχερής με μόλις δυο σκαλοπάτια . Το σπίτι είναι ανακαινισμένο , καλαίσθητα επιπλωμένο και παρέχει ανέσεις για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Απέχει 3 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο απο την πλησιέστερη παραλία του Αγίου Φωκά. Δίπλα ακριβώς βρίσκεται φούρνος και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκονται και τα δύο σούπερ μάρκετ του νησιού (Σκλαβενίτης και ΣΥΝΚΑ). Τέλος δίπλα υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για τα χωριά.
