This beautifully renovated home sits on 5.5 acres with an acre pond. Conveniently located near I-55 & I-12 and about 5 min. from S.L.U. & downtown Hammond. Harper's Haven is about 30 min from Baton Rouge & about 45 minutes from downtown New Orleans. Sleeps 6, offering a King size bed, & 2 Queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer & utility sink. Enjoy grilling or relaxing on the patio, or fishing and kayaking in the pond.

It is 10 minutes to local dining and 45 minutes to Baton Rouge and/or New Orleans. There are 4 kayaks available!

With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time. Also not far from Southeastern Louisiana University, Chappapeela baseball and sports facilities, and the local shopping. Our cozy studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry access. This is a downtown apartment on the first floor with private entrance and covered parking. Guest have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill. All outside amnesties are shared. We are 3 minutes to downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to Southeastern Louisiana University. The outdoor space is shared with two other short term rentals on site.
